Thank you for your interest! Please complete and submit your request to be part of the 2019 OCWineFest. Once approved, you will be given a confirmed amount due and payment information.

Everybody Receives:

10 x 10 display space | Table, chair & linens | Table signage | Ice & spit buckets | Fresh ice |listing in program & website | Table support – get spelled by volunteers versed in wine knowledge | General support – to help with load-in/out, keep area clean & ice fresh | 2 exhibitor badges per paid exhibit space | ABC paperwork management (ABC fees are included in reg fee.)

Defined as annual production at/under 2000 cases. (Production will be verified.) Tasters capped at 400 people/day. Limited spaces available.

Payment/Cancellation Policy:
To receive date-dependent discounts, payment must be received by last day in that discount’s time window.

Cancellation Notice:
Must be in writing. If received by Feb 12, 2019, 50% of your payment will be refunded.  After Feb 12 or in the event the WineFest is cancelled due to Act of God or Force Majeure, no refunds will be issued.
